Processing Time

-Orders are processed Monday to Friday during working hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

-Please allow up to 24 hours to prepare your order before dispatch.

-Pre-order items or specially marked products may take up to 2 weeks to ship. This will be clearly stated in the product description.

Shipping & Delivery

-Shipping is available nationwide across South Africa.

-You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

-Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service.

Local Pickup

Prefer to collect your order in person? We offer a Local Pickup option:

-Pickup is available during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM).

-You will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
